tuition & payments
Payments :
Yearly tuition is broken up into 10 equal payments. There are 3 ways to pay tuition.
1) Pay by the Month
If you are paying monthly, there are 10 installments (due the first week of every month for 10 months).
2) Pay by the Semester
There are 2 semesters a year (each 5 months long). If you choose to pay by semester, you will save more than 10% per semester! Your first semester payment will also include your costume charges.
Semester 1: September to January 31st
Semester 2: February 1st – June
3) Pay by the Year
By paying the year in full, you will not have to worry about payments for the entire year, and will also receive the greatest discount.
Returned Checks : There is a $25 fee for all checks returned by the bank.
Registration Fee :
An annual registration fee of $10 per child or $20 per family and your first tuition payment is due at the time of registration.
Tuition Discount :
Sibling Discount: First dancer pays full price, but each additional sibling dancer receives 10% off their classes.
Multi-Class Discount: A dancer taking 2 or more classes will pay full price for their first class, but will receive 10% off all additional classes.
Company Dance & Unlimited Classes are not included in any tuition discounts.
Late Tuition :
If a student’s tuition for the month is not paid, including late fee, by the end of a particular month, the student will not be allowed to participate in dance classes until the month’s tuition and late fee is paid in full.

All That Dance Academy and instructors are not liable for personal injuries, loss or damage to personal property. Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform your instructor of any physical limitations which prevent full participation in class.
Payment Instructions :
You will not be receiving a monthly bill or statement from our office. Monthly statements will be mailed for overdue balances only.
Entry Into Our Database :
Students are placed in our database alphabetically by last name. Many students have different last names from parents and/or guardians (who are paying for dance expenses). In order for us to properly credit your account, the following details will be important for us to know each time you make a payment. When making a payment by check, please include the following information in the memo of your check. A receipt is available upon request.
1. Student(s) first & last name (Very Important!)
2. What is is you are paying for:
• Monthly Tuition (include the month)
• Style/Day/Time of class
• Dance Supplies (Shoes, leotard, etc.)
• Costume
• Recital Tickets
For example:
Kendall Gennell - Sept. Ballet, Tues. 4PM
